What are your opening hours?
We welcome you every day from 10am. Lunch service starts at 11:30 am, with the last order taken at 2:30 pm.
In the afternoon, enjoy our terrace for a gourmet snack.
For dinner (except Mondays), service starts at 6:30 pm and the last reservations are taken at 9:30 pm.
How do I reserve a table at Chez Pépé Nicolas?
We recommend that you book online by clicking on this link:
Once your request has been processed, you will receive an e-mail requesting a bank guarantee to secure your reservation (no direct debit will be made, this is not a prepayment).
A few days before your arrival, a message or e-mail will be sent to you to reconfirm your reservation.
Can I come without a reservation?
In high season, we strongly recommend that you make a reservation. This will also save you time on arrival.
How can I change or cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your reservation up to 6 hours before your arrival.
In the event of late cancellation (less than 6 hours in advance), 50% of the amount of the print may be retained (unless proof is provided). In the event of no-show, 100% of the amount of the print will be charged.
How can I get to Chez Pépé Nicolas from Les Menuires or Val Thorens?
There are several ways to get to Chez Pépé Nicolas: on skis, on foot (in winter, we recommend wearing appropriate footwear), by shuttle, or by car—parking is available at the Chasse parking lot. For more information, click on the link below: Directions
How can I get to Chez Pépé Nicolas when the ski slope is closed?
When the slopes are closed, we provide a shuttle service. We pick you up at the Cairn & Caron gondola in Val Thorens.

Are pets welcome?
Of course, we’ll be delighted to welcome them.
Can I bring a stroller?
In summer, it’s easy to get there with a baby carriage, especially from the “La Chasse” parking lot.
In winter, we recommend that you use a child-friendly sled, as it’s more practical in the snow.

What time are the goats milked?
Hand milking of goats takes place between 3:30 and 4:30 pm, in front of the dairy. This activity is reserved for our customers or available by reservation.

You can visit our permaculture garden as soon as our restaurant opens.

As long as you’re respectful of the environment around you, you’re free to discover our garden for yourself.
Every Thursday during the summer season, we offer a guided tour of the garden at 11:00 am.

What is Chez Pépé Nicolas' capacity?
Several configurations are available for your event:
- Cocktail: up to 120 people indoors, or 250 outdoors (also possible indoors with marquees).
- Seated meals: up to 110 people.
- Ceremony: 250 outdoors or 150 indoors.
