Visite de notre alpage
Details
Vous ferez la connaissance de tous les animaux de notre ferme en estive et découvrirez leur quotidien. Vous explorerez également notre jardin en permaculture, notre jardin floral, ainsi que l’ancien chalet, aménagé et décoré dans le plus pur style savoyard.
Pour les enfants, nous proposons une visite spécialement adaptée, encadrée par un guide titulaire du BAFA. Il s’agit du même parcours que pour les adultes, mais présenté de manière ludique et accessible aux plus jeunes.
La visite se conclura autour d’un verre de l’amitié savoyarde et d’une dégustation de nos spécialités laitières, fabriquées sur place : tomme de vache et séracs.

La traite des chèvres est réservée à nos clients. Vous avez une table de réserver au restaurant dans la semaine, vous prévoyez de prendre un goûter ou d’acheter des produits dans notre boutique ? Dans ce cas vous n’avez pas besoin de réserver la traite des chèvres.
Pour des raisons d’hygiène, vous ne pourrez pas « traire » les chèvres (toucher les pis des animaux)

Viens nourrir les animaux de la ferme
Details
Accompagné d’un membre de l’équipe de la ferme, tu auras l’occasion de t’approcher des veaux, des cabris, des volailles, des lapins et des cochons pour leur donner à manger, tout en découvrant leur quotidien.
Où dorment-ils ? Que mangent-ils ? Comment communiquent-ils ? Tu apprendras à mieux connaître ces animaux attachants, leurs habitudes et leur rôle dans la vie à la montagne. Une expérience immersive en pleine nature, qui sensibilise les enfants à la vie animale, à la saisonnalité et aux pratiques agricoles en alpage.
Un moment privilégié pour créer du lien avec les animaux, poser toutes tes questions et vivre une activité authentique et inoubliable.

- Histoires des Animaux : Plongez dans l’univers fascinant des animaux d’alpage et découvrez leurs comportements et leurs sens.
- Prédateurs : Apprenez-en plus sur les prédateurs qui peuplent nos montagnes et leur rôle dans l’écosystème.
- Marshmallows Grillés : Dégustez de délicieux chamallows grillés autour d’un feu de camp convivial.
Prévoir une petite marche d’approche, possible en poussette, penser à des vêtements chauds et des chaussures un minimum adaptées.

Visite guidée du jardin d’altitude en permaculture
Details
En vrai passionné de ce mode d’agriculture alliant respect de la nature et de l’humain, Joseph transmet les principes de fonctionnement de cet écosystème et explique les différentes techniques utilisées pour respecter la terre et la biodiversité.
La visite se termine par un verre de l’amitié avec une dégustation d’un produit du jardin.
Rendez-vous devant la cabane de Magali à l’entrée du jardin (vers la mare).
Visite réservée aux adultes, une heure environ.

Discover our mountain pastures by torchlight - Tuesdays & Wednesdays at 6pm

Set off on a unique, guided night-time stroll through our snow-covered mountain pastures. By the flickering light of torches, let yourself be carried away by the magic of the place and discover the secrets of life on the mountain pasture, with its traditions, know-how and breathtaking scenery.
During the winter, our alpine pasture and garden are transformed: the animals have returned to the valley (and therefore not to the site) and nature is dressed in its coat of snow. You’ll discover a silent, majestic winter version of the site.
Your journey will take you to our old-fashioned chalet, a precious witness to the history of the Belleville valley. Here, you’ll immerse yourself in the authentic atmosphere of the mountains of yesteryear, with stories and family heirlooms.
The tour ends in our cheese cellar, where you’ll discover the different stages in the production and maturing of our artisan cheeses.
To round off this special moment, we invite you to taste our cheeses, accompanied by a glass of wine, shared in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Approx. 1 km walk on packed snow.
Appropriate clothing recommended (warm shoes and clothes).

Enter into the intimacy of one of the last mountain cellars.
As soon as you enter, you’ll be surrounded by the ripening wheels of cheese; Valentin, the Belleville farmer, will tell you the story of this chalet and this mountain pasture, how his family continues to bring life to the mountains in all 4 seasons, his passion for the world of agriculture and the art of a job well done.
You’ll be able to sample the chalet’s produce and local charcuterie.
You’ll also have the chance to discover two wines from the region, bottles that tell the story of know-how.
Set off with torches or spend a lovely evening in our restaurant.

Tour of the permaculture garden
Discover our permaculture garden, where we grow vegetables, fruit, flowers and herbs in an environmentally friendly way. This visit will teach you sustainable gardening techniques adapted to the mountain environment.
Visit to the mountain pastures and milking the goats
Set off to explore our mountain pastures, where pastoral traditions live on. You will see how our animals thrive in their natural habitat and learn about the importance of this practice for biodiversity. You will witness the milking of goats, an activity that will delight young and old alike.
We have been working as mountain guides as a family since the 1950s. This is an opportunity for you to discover the history of our family and to meet the great-grandchildren of Nicolas JAY, a true pioneer of ski resorts in the Belleville valley.
Tour of the cheese cellar
Immerse yourself in the world of Savoyard cheese during our visit to the cheese cellar. You will discover the methods of production and conservation, and will have the chance to taste our products.
Tour of the old chalet
Relive the history of the mountain with our visit to the chalet of yesteryear. This journey back in time will allow you to understand the daily life of mountaineers of yesteryear and the evolution of trades in the region.
Night-time torchlight walk
For a magical experience, join us for a night-time torchlight walk. Under a starry sky, let yourself be enchanted by the stories and legends that haunt our mountains.
Fireworks
