How do I get to the restaurant?
Coming by car
From the valley
A43 motorway to Albertville.
On leaving Albertville, take the road to Moûtiers (26 km) then exit at junction 40, signposted Vallée des Belleville, and head for Val Thorens.
After crossing the resort of Les Menuires, on the third hairpin bend, you come to Chez Pépé Nicolas.
Ample parking nearby.
Leaving from Val Thorens
Head back towards the valley. Large car park in a hairpin bend, then 5 minutes’ walk.

Head towards Val Thorens. 3rd hairpin bend on leaving the station. Large car park, then 5 minutes’ walk.
Distance from the Croisette: 2.4 km
Coming by bus
From the bus stations in the villages of the Vallée des Belleville, Les Menuires and Val Thorens, a free shuttle bus will take you to the large car park 5 minutes’ walk from our chalet Chez Pépé Nicolas, “La Chasse” stop.
Getting here on foot
Departure from Les Menuires
If you live in the Les Menuires resort, you can get there very easily on foot. From the Bruyères district, go to the Valmont residence, then take the public lift to the Adonis residence car park. Then take the road towards Val Thorens. From this car park to the Chasse car park, allow 5 minutes.
Journey time: 30 minutes from the Croisette district
Leaving from Val Thorens
Head towards the bottom of Val Thorens resort, and get to the start of the Cairn gondola and the Boismint chairlift. Then take Boulevard Cumin, towards the bottom of the Belleville valley (about 25 minutes’ walk) as far as Pont de la Chasse. On your right, you’ll see a large sign indicating our mountain chalet. Follow the goat trail on your right (10 minutes), which will take you back to Chez Pépé Nicolas.
Duration of excursion: 1 hour 15 minutes – 1 hour 30 minutes from the resort centre
Coming by the ski slope
You can reach us on skis from the Chasse piste. From Courchevel, Méribel, Val Thorens or Les Menuires via Les Bruyères, follow the Chasse piste at the bottom of the Pluviomètre piste.
If you are coming from La Tania, Méribel or Courchevel, we recommend that you take the Côte Brune chairlift to the summit of Mont de la Chambre.

please use the 12 noon or 12.30 p.m. service so that you can return home after lunch .
If the Chasse piste is closed: we’ll meet you at the start of the Caron-Cairn lift, at the big bridge with the flags, and we’ll wait for you on the car park side (towards the top of car park P4).
This area is accessible with a Val Thorens, Les Menuires or 3 Vallées ski pass. We have vehicles that will take you to the top of the restaurant in just 3 minutes. These are private shuttles.
There’s no waiting. Vehicles run continuously from 11.45am to 2.30pm.
