To get to Chez Pépé Nicolas, you have several options: on foot, by bike (with the option to charge your electric bikes for free if you’re a customer), by shuttle, or by car—parking is available at the “La Chasse” parking lot.

For more information, click the link below: Access

Pépé Nicolas can be reached by bike via the road as well as via several downhill and enduro mountain bike trails.

A parking area equipped with video surveillance is reserved for bicycles, away from the farm animals.

Charging stations for electric bicycles are available to our customers free of charge.

Locks are available upon request

In summer, you can reach Chez Pépé Nicolas from the Trois Vallées ski area , either by road or by lift.

If you’re coming from Méribel, you can take the Tougnète 1 gondola and then the Tougnète 2 gondola uphill. These lifts are open from July 4 to August 29, every day of the week, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. However, we recommend that you check the operating hours on the tourist office websites before your visit.

Once at altitude, you can reach Chez Pépé Nicolas via the DH1 (Easy Rider), DH5 (Kiss Cool) and DH12 (Jumpy) trails, before rejoining the main road that takes you directly to the restaurant.

Of course, we would be delighted to welcome you and your pets. As farm animals also live on our estate, we would be grateful if you could keep them on a leash to ensure everyone’s peace and safety.

In summer, it’s easy to get there with a baby carriage, especially from the “La Chasse” parking lot.
In winter, we recommend that you use a child-friendly sled, as it’s more practical in the snow.

Chez Pépé Nicolas is the perfect starting point for a day in the mountains. You can enjoy a wide range of activities:

In 2027, the mountain pasture ascent will take place on Saturday, June 19, 2027

To take part in our activities, we invite you to book online via the dedicated button.

The guided tour lasts about 1 hour and 30 minutes. It begins at 10:30 a.m., Monday through Friday during the summer season. You’ll discover life in the mountain pastures, the farm animals, our permaculture garden, the old-fashioned chalet, and the secrets behind our cheese-making, before wrapping up with a friendly tasting. Tours suitable for children are also available.

The farm is a place for families to spend time together: children are, of course, welcome here. We offer a variety of activities designed just for them.

  • L’Atelier des Petits Fermiers: Help milk the goats, learn about farming, clean up the area after milking, and equipment is provided. Book here.
  • The ” Come Feed the Farm Animals ” workshop: Children feed calves, kids, poultry, rabbits, and pigs while learning about their daily lives. Book here.
  • The special guided tour for kids: an age-appropriate tour of our mountain pasture, led by a guide certified by the BAFA. Book here.

On site, you’ll also find a playground that is supervised during lunch service for restaurant guests

You are welcome to wander freely around the farm and explore the animals, the permaculture garden, and the grounds, while respecting the property and the animals.

If you’d like a more immersive experience, we also offer a guided tour that includes a tour of the farm, the old-fashioned cottage, the garden, and the cheese-making process, as well as a tasting of our products.

Certain activities, such as goat milking, are reserved for our guests or available by reservation.

Manual milking of the goats takes place between 3:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. in front of the dairy. This activity is reserved for our customers or available by reservation.

We cultivate our high-altitude garden using permaculture, a method inspired by nature that aims to create a balanced, sustainable ecosystem without chemicals.

We grow the flowers, herbs, fruit and vegetables that go straight into our cooking. At Pépé Nicolas, we invite you to discover this living place, where nature, sharing and the pleasure of the senses come together. Click here to book your visit:

You can visit our permaculture garden as soon as our restaurant opens.

Learn more about our garden by visiting this page.

As long as you respect the environment around you, you are free to explore our garden on your own.

Every Thursday during the summer season, we offer a guided tour of the garden at 10:30 a. m.

The tour of the permaculture garden is open only to adults and teenagers who are curious to learn about the principles of permaculture and biodiversity.
