Set in the heart of the Belleville Valley in the 3 Valleys, our alpine chalet-restaurant captures the spirit of Maison Suchet: a family-run place that is both authentic and committed to excellence.
For four generations, we, Lucie, Margot and Valentin, Nicolas JAY’s great-grandchildren, alongside Margot’s husband Judicaël, have brought this place to life with the same ambition: to offer sincere, meticulous cuisine, while cultivating strong human relationships.
Supported by a loyal and committed team, we place the origin of our products and the quality of our experience at the heart of our approach, favoring a local approach thanks to our permaculture garden and our mountain pasture.

We’re looking for people with a passion for food and hospitality, ready to work alongside us for the summer and/or winter season.
We like to reveal new talent and quickly offer them high-impact assignments when they distinguish themselves by their commitment from their very first season.
We are able to offer commitments over several seasons.
Many benefits are included in the positions we offer:
- Delicious meals for our team, adapted to everyone’s eating habits.
- Individual accommodation equipped with washing machine and television, with the possibility of accommodating people from outside the company and, under certain conditions, a pet.
- Two days off per week.
- Work uniform provided; the company is responsible for its upkeep, including washing and ironing.
- In-house training (customer reception, mixology, etc.).
- Tips distributed fairly and transparently.
- Management software is used to organize schedules, which are sent to each employee as soon as the contract is signed, to ensure early visibility. At the start of the season, the first few days are devoted to training new recruits, in a friendly, close environment.
- Reduced rates in our establishment and in those of Maison Suchet.
