How do I get to the restaurant?
Coming by ski
-> Piste Rouge “La chasse” OPEN
From Val Thorens
* Take the blue “Pluviomètre” trail
* Then follow the “Boulevard des Échauds”
* Finish on the red “La Chasse” trail
From Les Menuires
* At the “Les Bruyères 1” gondola exit (1ʳᵉ intermediate)
* Take the blue “Les Bruyères” trail
* Then the red “La Chasse” trail

When the slope is closed, we provide a free private shuttle service.
* Departure from the “Cairn & Caron” gondola lift in Val Thorens
* Meeting point: next to the bridge with the flags, next to the parking lot
* Only 2-minute journey, as fast as a gondola
* We drop you off as close as possible to the restaurant
* Return possible on skis

Getting here on foot
Departure from Les Menuires
If you live in the Les Menuires resort, you can get there very easily on foot. From the Bruyères district, go to the Valmont residence, then take the public lift to the Adonis residence car park. Then take the road towards Val Thorens. From this car park to the Chasse car park (the closest to our house), it takes 5 minutes.
Journey time: 40 minutes from the Croisette district, 15 minutes from the Bruyères district
Leaving from Val Thorens
Head towards the bottom of Val Thorens resort, and get to the start of the Cairn gondola and the Boismint chairlift. Then take Boulevard Cumin, towards the bottom of the Belleville valley (about 25 minutes’ walk) as far as Pont de la Chasse. On your right, you’ll see a large sign indicating our mountain chalet. Follow the goat trail on your right (10 minutes), which will take you back to Chez Pépé Nicolas.
Duration of excursion: 1 hour 15 minutes – 1 hour 30 minutes from the resort centre
Coming by car
From the valley
A43 motorway to Albertville.
On leaving Albertville, take the road to Moûtiers (26 km) then exit at junction 40, signposted Vallée des Belleville, and head for Val Thorens.
After crossing the resort of Les Menuires, on the third hairpin bend, you come to Chez Pépé Nicolas.
Large car park nearby, then a 5-minute walk.
Leaving from Val Thorens
Head back towards the valley. Large car park in a hairpin bend, then 5 minutes’ walk.
Distance: 5km
Departure from Les Menuires
Head towards Val Thorens. 3rd hairpin bend on leaving the station. Large car park, then 5 minutes’ walk.
Distance: 2.4 km from La Croisette
If the large car park in the hairpin bend is full, there is another car park if you continue along the road towards Val Thorens, which is also a 5-minute walk away.
Coming by bus
From the bus stations in the villages of Belleville, Les Menuires and Val Thorens, a free shuttle bus will take you to the large car park, a 5-minute walk from our chalet Chez Pépé Nicolas. Ask to be dropped off at the ‘La Chasse’ stop.
