The restaurant can be reserved for private use, either in its entirety or in part, in both summer and winter. Depending on the format chosen, we can accommodate up to 110 guests for a sit-down meal and up to 250 guests for a cocktail reception or an outdoor ceremony.

Your Wedding in the Mountains
Plan your non-religious ceremony at the Théâtre Alpin, with an indoor backup venue in case of inclement weather. Cocktail receptions, dinners, and dance parties are custom-designed to meet the schedule and musical requirements agreed upon in advance. Vendor access, photo locations, shuttle service, nearby accommodations, and the next day’s brunch can also be arranged with our team.
Your Corporate Event
Meetings, conferences, product launches, or team dinners: our spaces can accommodate up to 250 people outdoors, 120 for an indoor cocktail reception, and 110 for a seated meal. Theater, classroom, or meeting layouts, Wi-Fi, screens, projectors, sound systems, breaks, and catering are all tailored to your event. Private use during the day, site tours, parking, and shuttle service are subject to a personalized quote and detailed billing.
Your birthday or party
For a birthday or family celebration, reserve all or part of Chez Pépé Nicolas and choose between a sit-down meal, a buffet, or a cocktail reception. Cake, decorations, a DJ, and children’s entertainment can be included in your event. A return shuttle service can also be arranged for your guests.

Several configurations are available for your event:
- Cocktail reception: up to 120 people indoors, or 250 people standing outdoors (also possible indoors with the installation of tents).
- Seated meals: up to 110 people.
- Ceremony: 250 people seated outdoors or 150 people seated indoors.
Depending on the breakdown between adults and children, we can find solutions tailored to your needs.
