In a local approach, we have chosen to prepare our stew with local meat from Savoie from the company Montagne Saveur.
Montagne Saveur is based in the heart of the Tarentaise resorts, at Aime-La-Plagne. They have been awarded the "Meet of Pays de Savoie" label to highlight the origin of their meat, as well as the "Région du Goût" label, which guarantees a shorter supply chain.
