Perrine and Victor are a couple and have been working with us for 3 seasons 

Perrine works in the store and as a runner in the restaurant.
Victor is a barker in the kitchen.

Their strength is really the joy of living <3

We asked them what was their favorite dish and drink at Chez Pépé Nicolas :

- Perrine's favorite drink is the aperol Spritz "because an aperol here with the view is WoW" and her favorite dish is the burger, simple but very good 
- Victor's favorite drink is the St Germain cocktail and his favorite dish is the Corty de Grignon's perfect egg, creamy potato and truffle.
