. Guided tour of the mountain pasture farm
Guided tours Monday to Friday from 10.30am to 12.00pm
Compare eras as you explore living conditions, authentic cheese-making techniques and animal care. In the picturesque setting of an old-fashioned chalet, soak up the décor and furnishings of a typically Savoyard chalet, a testament to time-honoured expertise.
To round off this memorable experience, we invite you to enjoy a refined tasting of our cheeses, accompanied by a glass, featuring our delicate cow’s and goat’s cheeses, as well as our raw milk.

Special attention is paid to our young visitors, with a specially adapted visit to ensure an enriching and entertaining experience.

Visits from Monday to Sunday between approximately 3.15pm and 4.15pm
Immerse yourself in the world of our Alpine farm and watch the goats being milked! Join us for an enriching experience as you discover the work of shepherds and life on the farm.
Visit Chez Pépé Nicolas, next to the rabbit hutch.
To guarantee the well-being of our animals, hand-milking of the goats is reserved for customers or by reservation.

. Guided tour of the high-altitude permaculture garden
Guided tour every Thursday from 11.00am to 12.00pm
With Joseph, our gardener, discover the history of the permaculture garden. A true enthusiast for this method of farming, which combines respect for nature and people, Joseph explains the principles behind this ecosystem and the different techniques used to respect the land and biodiversity.
The visit ends with a friendly drink and a tasting of a product from the garden.

Klébert Silvestre, a native of Belleville, tells his original story of being a beekeeper in love with black bees, and what’s at stake for our future.
