Local products to discover at Chez Pépé Nicolas

Savoie products are not just raclette, fondue and croziflette, although you will find these traditional Savoyard dishes arranged in the Pépé Nicolas style.

You will be able to taste the products of our mountain pasture, garden… such as :

  • The whole trout from our mountain fishpond caught every morning.
  • Red beetroot purée or garlic toast from our summer permaculture garden.
  • The Meule des Belleville from our mountain pastures, matured in our cellar.
  • Home-made yoghurts made with raw milk from the Valley.
  • Fleur de lait de la Vallée home-made ice creams or mint ice creams from our summer garden.
  • A mix of young shoots and herbs from the garden: mustard, mizuna, kale, rocket, plantain, cuba calyton…
  • Crisp vegetable salad with fresh marinated goat’s cheese.
