Portraits : Martial & Michaela

Because the loyalty of our employees is dear to us. We wanted to introduce you to Michaela and Martial.
They are married and have been working at Chez Pépé Nicolas for more than 10 years
Martial is our chef and Michaela is responsible for the dining room since this year at the restaurant.
They are hardworking, they listen to our wildest ideas and we are of course very happy to have them at our side at Chez Pépé Nicolas
We asked them what was their favorite dish and drink of our menu:
- Michaela's favorite is a sparkling drink made from genepi called Sensalpes. For the main course, she loves our roasted winter vegetables and julienne of fresh truffles.
- Martial's favorite: the IPA from the Brasserie Du Mont-Blanc. For the main course, he loves our winter trio (sharing board), which is a beet mousse from our summer garden, created with butternut and carrot rillette.
